Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled up until the manufacturing process. If the Material has been formed and the order is in process, the order can NOT be cancelled.

MODIFICATION POLICY

Orders can be modified BEFORE the order has begun the manufacturing process.  Holsters require the final assembly to be added to the blocking/ manufacturing process to be able to make holsters a certain way. Some modifications can change the entire design/ appearance of the holster.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

All items are hand made. Exchanges can be made if there is a manufacturing defect or a swap out for warranty coverage. Returns and Refunds are not permitted unless the mistake is in the manufacturing process. (clip change, color change, missed note etc. Or wrong items sent.
